研究方向

环境污染物微生物降解与代谢机理、原核微生物资源分类与系统学研究、健康耕地微生物组形成机制与调控。

主要从事健康耕地系统中有益农业微生物组的结构组成分析与可培养功能微生物资源的发掘、系统分类、功能评价与综合利用研究。为消除农业生态环境中持久性污染物环境残留,提升耕地质量提供技术支撑与资源保障。目前,已培养16名硕士和1名博士,硕士研究生多次获得校级优秀学位论文奖。
